Get from where you are to where you want to be! 

How to reach the physique you imagine to have?

 

My first advice is.. Make a time plan. Whether that’s 2 weeks, a month, or 12 weeks. 

Setting goals and time frames helps keep you on track and accountable. 

 

Keep pushing yourself and setting new challenges. 

This comes along with goal setting but make it challenging enough that you feel a sense of accomplishment after.

 

Be specific about what you are wanting to achieve; eg how many workouts a week or how much you want to increase your endurance/ strength by.

Measure your success and progress. The only way to know if you reach your goals is by setting measurable and timely criteria for tracking the progress!


Write it down. And make it happen. 
Keep yourself accountable every step of the way. Use a diary, a book, an app. 
Whatever! Print pages of week/ month plans and write out your training and diet. 
Your social plans and your treat days.  A visual plan can help you stay focused and motivated.
