How To Order 

Here are basic step-by-step instructions on how to order your Muscle Meals Direct:

1. Create an account with Muscle Meals Direct. 
2. Once your account is created, you will be taken to your dashboard where all order and account information is shown.  You are now ready to place your order.
3. if you already know which delivery method you wish to use or which store you wish to select, you can start choosing your meal plan HERE.
4. If you want help finding the closest drop off location, you can go to DROP OFF POINTS.
5. For home delivery enquiries CLICK HERE. 
6. Once you go through our menu options and select your meal plan, add your plan to the cart and follow the checkout prompts.
7. Once your meals are paid for, you will receive a receipt that is sent to your email address with a delivery date and time. 
8. Pick up your meals at the allocated time from your local drop off location or from your front door.
9. Take your Meals home and Heat, Eat, Enjoy!
