How to order & prepare

1. Order meals

Create an account, select your meal plan and customise.

2. We deliver

Choose a suitable date and time for your home delivery or store pickup.

3. Heat & enjoy

Remove the lid from your meal container and heat for 2 minutes.


Step One

Create an account

If you don’t already have a Muscle Meals Direct account, you will need one to complete your order. So just get that out of the way first. Don’t worry, we won’t spam your inbox if you stop ordering.


Step Two

Select a meal plan

Choose whether you want 12, 18, 24 or 30 meals for your week. Any leftover meals you might not eat within a week can store in your freezer for up to 3 months.


Step Three

Select the size of your meals

Your meals will consist of a Protein, Carb/Vegetable and sauce that add up to either 200g (Lose), 400g (Maintain) or 450g (Gain). The size of your meals should directly correspond with your health and fitness goals.


Step Four

Customise

Pick and choose the components of each meal or go with one of our many preset meal plans from sponsored athletes or Muscle Meal nutrition experts.


Step Five

Finalise details

Add in your payment info and any discount codes or special offers you may have.


Step Six

Shipping method

Select your desired delivery/pickup destination and date.
